I put my original T-shirt on the EC shop, but I actually feel like this guy wearing a L size and putting his hands in his pocket.

I don't know if it's better or worse to know what kind of guy is running it, but I tried to post it~

Outdoor select shop "YURAGI OUTDOOR"

The pre-opening period has ended!

(It is in a skeleton state before the renovation work, but it is a proud shop that selects only wonderful gems ☺)

First of all, thank you very much for coming to our fledgling shop without any achievements!

Thank you very much! ! !

 

Looking back, we had close to 50 people visit us in 15 days of business.

(More than half of them are relatives, but there were also campers who visited Instagram etc.! I am deeply moved ☺)

Although the EC shop started in February, this is what I wanted to do after interacting directly with customers! I realized.

I'm really glad that the camping gear we selected was received directly! yes!

We had a lot of voices during the opening!

"I've seen it on Instagram, but this was the first time I saw it in real life!"

"I wanted it, but I was at a loss because I didn't know the texture."

"It's fun just to come see it."

"If I'm going to have a coffee stand, I'd like to come just to drink coffee!"

"I'm glad I did because I didn't have an outdoor shop like this near me."

on the other hand,,

"Things are good, but the price is a little high..."

"I wonder if the location of the shop is a little difficult to understand..."

(Yeah, it's hard to tell even before the construction!)

And it was a great harvest to hear the voices of real campers. (Of course)

Since we are making a shop for campers, we would like to reflect the opinions we received as much as possible and improve it before opening the actual shop m(__)m

As a specific reflection point from our own point of view,

 

① As a physical store, the breadth and depth of the product lineup is weak

Even if you propose good bonfire gear, if there is no gear that goes well with the gear in the store, it is difficult to imagine how to combine and use it.

For example, when recommending an octagon plate, we couldn't offer it because we didn't have a compatible coffee mill, burner, or cooker.

At the grand opening of the physical store, we will increase the range of garage brand products and expand the range of genres handled!

 

 

2) Short business hours

 

The pre-opening was open from 10:00 to 17:00. The reason for this is that there are no lights in the store yet, and it will not be possible to operate after sunset.

As a customer, you may be able to stop by after work on a weekday night, regardless of holidays.

Should we open until 19:00 or 20:00?, I'll think about it a little more!

③ Talk to customers too much

 

I think there are good and bad sides, but there are 10 campers who want to see it slowly, who want to hear more, who want to ask but can't say it. If you can't see this, as a retail store, it's still...

This is subjective, but I wanted to calm myself down a little because I wanted to explain everything in detail because I was dealing with niche and high-quality bonfire gear... ,,

Although there are still challenges,

At any rate, I was happy that the neighboring campers recognized us even just a little, so after the business ended, I went to the sauna as a reward☺

We will be closed in June, and it will be a renovation work period!

We will definitely make it a good shop, and we also have an open sale!

We are hoping to open at the end of July!

I would be happy if you could come to the shop because you can just look at it once!
